Jerry Vieira a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and President & Founder of The QMP Group. He is the creator of both its namesake QMP Foundational Marketing MethodologyTM and the QMP Marketing and Sales Engine. He specializes in market strategy and marketing & sales transformations. He is considered an insightful, creative and energizing force in accelerating business growth and transforming and motivating business organizations.

In addition to guiding business turnarounds and organizational transformations, Jerry frequently publishes books, articles, and blogs and delivers talks, webinars, and workshops on strategy and performance excellence. He has held management and executive positions in engineering, manufacturing and marketing & sales in both large, Fortune 500 and small, pre- and post-IPO firms. Jerry has an M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island, and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Electrical Engineering and the other in Music. His hobbies are music, fishing and hiking. Diane is a widely experienced strategy Organizational Development professional that brings an objective, focused and energizing influence to her client assignments. She is quick to build trust with clients, discover core problems and improve organizational performance through initiatives in Structure, Strategy, Leadership and Culture. Her industry experience includes aviation, manufacturing, health care, insurance, education, small business, non profits and women-owned business. Her career experience includes executive level positions with AirSure Limited, Hamilton-Sundstrand, Occidental Petroleum and West Star Aviation.

Diane is a member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ) the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and on the Board of Directors of Carden Academy. She has an undergraduate degree in Business and an MBA from the University of Denver. She is located in Spokane, WA

Bob has 25+ years of experience in high technology and commercial business in the area of human resource, performance management and organizational development with such leading companies as Intel, Sequent Computers, Tektronix and Digital Equipment.

His approach is process oriented and his assignments have included Cultural Development, Workforce Planning, Recruiting Process Development, Sales Force Compensation, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, and Management Training and Development.

He is co-author of “Absolute Honesty” a book about the benefits of organizational integrity and open communication. Bob holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University. Bob is located in Phenix, AZ.

 

 

Ed Kolasinksi, CPA

Ed has a long and successful track record as a working Executive (CEO, COO, CFO) in private and public Medical, Wholesale Distribution, and Manufacturing product firms—from startup to IPO to Merger & Acquisition. He has been both a startup owner himself and the President of a $200M wholesale distribution firm. There is little within the financial function of a firm of any size he cannot analyze, address and improve. Ed is located in Green Bay, WI.

Ed earned a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin and prior to earning his CPA certification.
